Shipping & Handling~ 
SummerHillBotanicals.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $60 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $60 we will contact you with a shipping quote.


Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Charges~
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii will be charged an additional $25 per order. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.
 
International/Canada/P.O. Boxes & APO/EPO Orders
Please call for shipping quote.
 
Overnight Shipping~
Overnight shipping is available on orders placed before noon, EST, Wednesday through Friday. Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Please call for quote. 
 
Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed in 2-3 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Returns Policy~
All return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase for a refund. Due to the nature of our natural products, refunds will only be accepted when the item is unused & unopened in its original packaging. Refunds will be provided in the same method of payment as used for the original purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable & return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Only current merchandise and not seasonal will be approved for returns. Defective merchandise will be replaced if damaged through the postal system.  Please call us at 570-709-9102 to receive your RMA #.  Returns without an RMA may not be refundable.
